Description

This pressure chamber is designed to eliminate air bubbles and improve the quality of molds, casts, and finishes. It compresses trapped air within resins, silicones, urethanes, and other casting materials, reducing bubble size to near invisibility and producing smooth, high-detail results.

Especially effective for clear resins, delicate silicone molds, and high-detail parts where visible bubbles or surface defects are unacceptable.

Instructions

Place freshly mixed material in the chamber and seal the lid securely.
Connect to an air compressor and gradually pressurize to 0.28–0.41 MPa (40–60 psi).
Maintain pressure for the full curing time to compress air bubbles and improve surface quality.
Do not release pressure early.
After full cure, slowly depressurize and remove parts.
